This website (the ‘Site’) is owned by Amova Asset Management Hong Kong Limited, which is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (Central Entity Number (CE No.): AFH646).
By accessing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and that you agree to be bound by them. Before using this Site, you should also read carefully the Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms and is hereby incorporated by reference.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
